SHIPPING

We aim to process orders on the same day for those received by 2:00 p.m. local time, with mailing occurring on the next business day. All orders within the Canada & continental U.S. are shipped via the shipping method you have chosen. The estimated delivery time ranges from 2 to 14 days, depending on your location, the timing of your order, and your selected method of shipping service. We are not liable for the transit time of deliveries. Shipping fees and sales tax will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout.

For international customers: Orders sent outside Canada & the U.S. may incur additional charges imposed by your government. Customers accept full responsibility for these charges. We are not accountable for any import fees your country imposes. Please ensure you understand these potential charges BEFORE you order. The estimated shipping time for international orders is 10–14 days, although this can vary depending on the shipping method chosen.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Our system's processing method means that once an order is placed, it cannot be altered online. Should you require any changes or need to cancel your order, please reach out to us through our Contact form. Please note that cancellation requests must be submitted within two hours of order placement.

RETURN POLICY

We are committed to ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for all our customers and stand by every product we offer. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please inform us! We will do all we can to rectify the situation, including assisting with troubleshooting issues or providing an exchange or refund. Items eligible for return must be sent back within 30 days of receipt and should be in their original packaging.

To initiate an exchange or refund, please visit the Returns section on our website and submit a request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will then issue an RMA or contact you for further details regarding your issue. Please ensure you have received an RMA number from us before returning any products.
