| The reliable, 16-gauge, powder coated steel moldboard is 23½" tall and available in 6' 8" and 7' 2" widths for rugged snow plowing performance without the extra weight. The DEFENDER™ snow plow comes standard with a high-carbon steel cutting edge that reduces wear and extends the life of the blade. |
Six vertical ribs provide unmatched structural reinforcement, delivering exceptional torsional strength and rigidity to eliminate blade twisting. The high-strength steel base channel provides extra support along the bottom of the plow blade. The 1" diameter pivot bushing secures the plow in place, ensuring proper alignment and reducing stress on the overall plow assembly. |

Fully enclosed components are protected from the elements. Hydraulic Scrape Lock holds the blade down for more efficient scraping and clean back dragging. |
The two-spring trip blade protects your snow plow and truck when striking hidden obstacles. Elastomeric bumpers reduce jarring and soften the blade return when tripping occurs, to extend the life of your truck and plow. |

| A simple mechanical attaching system makes hooking up and removing your plow quick and easy. Attaching the DEFENDER™ snow plow can be done quickly and easily by one person and without tools. Simply drive into the attaching arms on the plow, then connect the two spring-loaded pins. Remove the stand, and finally, connect the electrical plugs. Detaching the plow is just as easy. The receivers are detachable to maintain ground clearance. |
When the plow is not in use, quickly maximize vehicle ground clearance with the removable receiver brackets. No tools required. | |||

| Choose between a CabCommand hand-held control with push buttons or a joystick control, based on operator preference. For efficient, precise and intuitive blade control while plowing, both controls feature power “on” and “float” LED lights, backlighting for night operation, and plug-in connector for easy removal. |
The ULTRAFINISH™ baked on powder coat with epoxy primer is standard on all WESTERN® plows, providing outstanding protection against wear and rust. | |||

SCRAPE LOCK |
PRE-PUNCHED BLADES FOR ACCESSORIES |

| The WESTERN® Scrape Lock system locks the plow in any position you put it in to give you a cleaner scrape, especially while back dragging. With the plow locked in place, Scrape Lock gives you the performance of a larger plow without the extra weight and without the need to push any extra buttons. |
The blade is pre-punched for easy installation of accessories, providing a custom fit. The pre-punched holes also prevent damage to the powder coat that can sometimes occur when installing an accessory. |
